Registration Information

There is a dedicated email address for all your training course bookings and enquiries: training@vieu.org.au

Registering for VIEU Training Courses

1. Email training@vieu.org.au of phone (03) 9254 1860 and provide:
   your name
   email address
   member number (if applicable)
   school name and location
   course name and code
2. VIEU will email confirmation that you have been registered into your course of choice and advise you in relation to payment if applicable.
3. Formal confirmation will be sent 2 weeks prior to the course to advise that there are sufficient bookings for the course to proceed and that your payment has been received. Payment must be received prior to attendance.
   

Registering for Conferences
Conference brochures are distributed to schools and available on the website approximately 6 weeks prior to the date of the Conference.

1. Simply complete the registration form, indicate your workshop preferences, and return it with payment to the VIEU office. We will endeavour to give you your first choice of workshop, but priority is given to those who register and pay first.
2. You will receive confirmation 2 weeks prior to the Conference to confirm your booking and workshop allocation.
   

Members First policy
Please note that VIEU members requesting to attend VIEU training sessions and Conferences will be given priority over non-members when the number of enrolments for a course exceeds the places offered. Please note however, that this policy does not apply to the five day Occupational Health and Safety courses and the Refresher Occupational Health and Safety courses.

Cancellation Policy for VIEU courses
Cancellations received 5 days prior to the course will be without penalty. Where enrolments are cancelled less than 5 days before a course or where a participant simply fails to attend, then the full cost will be payable.

Cancellation Policy for 5 day Occupational Health & Safety Course
Cancellations notified to VIEU later than 4 weeks prior to the course starting date will attract a fee of $300 if the vacancy created is unable to be filled. This fee is applicable to both members and non-members.
