ARM - Aiming for Excellence (1)
This seminar is designed to assist principals and senior staff responsible for staff reviews. Different staff review models will be explored. Training will incorporate giving positive feedback and addressing difficult issues with staff. Strategies for recording information and keeping track of the review process will be provided and ideas to assist staff to develop their own professional action plans will be discussed. It is designed for principals and senior leaders who want to deepen their skill level and maximise the benefits of staff review programs.
