This seminar will focus on the need to protect schools, teachers and students from YouTube and other websites that malign them. This seminar will cover matters including:

  • Privacy Law
  • The regulation of online material
  • Defining whether material online is legal
  • Can it be a crime to post material on the internet?
  • The right of the school, staff or students to sue
  • Strategies to deal with the use of internet sites within the school.
