Dimensions in Leadership
This seminar was developed by Trinidad Hunt in response to a growing question in leadership - how do you lead a team of people from various backgrounds, age levels and needs?
The seminar focuses on 5 pillars of effective leadership. Participants will be provided with easy to implement methods and best practices to support them in their leadership roles.
Through interactive discussion, group work, and activities the seminar will cover

ARM – Aiming for Excellence
This seminar is designed to assist principals and senior staff responsible for staff reviews. Different staff review models will be explored. Training will incorporate giving positive feedback and addressing difficult issues with staff. Strategies for recording information and keeping track of the review process will be provided and ideas to assist staff in developing their own professional action plans will be discussed.

Maximising Effectiveness in Leadership - The IQ, EQ, SQ model
A fully functioning, well-rounded leader has mental acuity (IQ), emotional stamina (EQ) and the ability to develop long-term healthy social relationships (SQ). These three qualities contribute to the development of leaders, promoting resilience, wellbeing, improving relationships and optimising personal achievement. Dr Trinidad Hunt has developed the IQ/EQ/SQ model to increase the capabilities and effectiveness of leaders in education.
Participants will be provided with strategies to optimise the effectiveness of the IQ/EQ/SQ model for themselves and consider its application to the broader community.

Dr Trinidad Hunt will present this innovative and contemporary seminar linking the IQ/EQ/SQ model to maximising your effectiveness in the classroom. The importance of teachers having mental acuity (IQ), emotional stamina (EQ) and the ability to develop long-term, healthy social relationships (SQ) is critical. These three qualities promote resilience, wellbeing, improve relationships and optimise personal development.
This seminar will focus on maximising your effectiveness as a teacher and includes practical activities and examples of curriculum materials for use in the classroom. School Officers/Assistants

School Officer/School Assistant Legal Liability Seminar
There is a high level of uncertainty about how legal requirements relate to non-teaching staff in schools. This seminar allows participants to come to an understanding of the basic legal principles that should apply in sometimes difficult situations, as well as giving common sense advice to assist in coping. Issues affecting the employment conditions of non-teaching staff will also be explored in this seminar.

Communication Skills/ Dealing with Difficult People
Trinidad Hunt will present this innovative training, enabling participants to discover their communication style and learn to adapt to the style of others. Participants will gain a heightened awareness of building rapport via the use of communication competencies.

Working with Students with Special Needs
This seminar will focus on the ways in which school officers/assistants can effectively support students with disabilities in the classroom. It will examine how to encourage independence in learning, motivation of poor learners and the development of confidence and capability in students.
